You Need to Know :: Our Policies
At UnlimitedFOCUS, we want you to feel confident with the work we provide and your investment in your company's website development. In order to help you better understand our commitment to you, we are including some important policies here for your reference.
Our commitment to excellence:
We are committed, as a company, to exceeding our clients' expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with the way we have fulfilled the details of your contract, we are always available to discuss and correct things as necessary.
After your site goes live, you have a 10-day period to test your site for errors/problems. Anything found during this period will be corrected at no additional cost. Any changes made after that point will be billed at our hourly rate.
Our rush project policy:
Sometimes our clients require a job to be completed in a timeframe which is considerably shorter than we would recommend. Rush projects can be considered rush due to our scheduling calendars, our clients' established deadlines, or a combination of the two. We have established 3 levels of rush circumstances, to assist us in objective billing of each job.
Level One: a project needed quickly which will involve some, but not a complete hold of other established jobs. (25% upcharge)
Level Two: a project needed quickly, involving a complete hold of other clients. (33% upcharge)
Level Three: a project needed immediately, involving a complete hold of other clients in addition to creative work load restructuring in order to meet the deadline specified. For the consideration of all our clients, we will only accept these under extreme circumstances for established clients. (50% upcharge)
