Now What?:: The Process

We start every project with a scope meeting with you, the client. This meeting can take place in person or over the phone. During this meeting, we will determine the content of your site, any special functionality or scripting, the desired look and feel, and any hosting needs you may have.

Next, we draft a proposal, which we submit to you for your review. This proposal allows you to confirm that we have a complete understanding of your needs. This document also contains the estimated investment cost for the project. At this point, you are welcome to make any changes to the scope of the project. We will adjust the estimated investment cost accordingly, giving you the opportunity to maximize your budget.

After you accept the proposal, we submit to you two copies of a legal and binding contract along with our first invoice. We must receive payment of at least the first installment before beginning work on the project. After all parties have signed both copies of the contract, we will forward one to you for your records.

In order to be objective and to extend protection to each and every client, we go through this process for every web job we accept.
